How to make Hummus at home
Hummus is popular in Middle East and in Middle Eastern cuisine around the glob. As an appetizer and dip, hummus is scooped with flatbread, such as pita. It is also served as part of a meze or as an accompaniment to falafel, sandwiches, pita bread, salads and many more.
1) 2 cup soaked and boiled chickpeas.
2) 1 cup sesame seeds.
3) 1 cup olive oil.
4) 3-4 garlic pods.
5) salt to taste.
6) Lemon juice.
7) Garnish.
8) 1tbsp. extra virgin olive oil.
9) Paprika.
10) Fresh coriander springs
11) A few boiled chickpeas.
Method:
Step 1 : Blend Tahini sauce lemon juice, mix it nicely, add chopped garlic.
Step 2 : Boiled and strained chickpeas, salt, olive oil. Add some water to get the desired consistency.
Step 3 : Place the hummus in a bowl and pour some fine quality of alive oil and place it inrefrigerator for an hour.
Step 4 : Your Hummus is ready now have taste of love in your home.
